a future ahead of us
of night and gold
we reach for
what we can do.
Others insist on
defining what career
we should all be doing,
but no matter what
you do or what you say
we need to define our
own lives.
Some people may say
one thing, but
every one is meant for something
to define who they are.
Sometimes we are blinded by
what we should do by doing
something similar to
what we should do.
Our lives are ingenius
to the very aspect of who
created us.
Can we figure it all out?
or
Are we bound to make mistakes
anyway?
