If ARDMS and other re-certifications are thinking about written exams, the DMV should also consider this…
A written exam and possibly a skills test should be given to everybody to prove we all know our driving skills and remember what we learned. It will also help all of us follow the law better.
I think there are way too many drivers out there who are not qualified to drive. That’s a big reason I never got a license. Plus pollution is not good for the environment. Today there are buses that are more environmental friendly.
