Today is a start of a beautiful new day

Today as we embark on our new work week, we try to envision a very good week on the job and at home.

So, to begin this work week we start out with a song from Starship called Nothing’s  Gonna Stop Us Now from the movie Mannequin.

“And we can build this dream together
Standing strong forever
Nothings gonna stop us now”

The song is very powerful and strong especially when a man and a woman fall in love together and every one around thinks it can’t work out because the two of them are very different either in culture, religion, or very different in other respects.

It’s not over till its over because till we are old and gray and on our deathbeds.  As you fight for your right to become the man or woman you want to become, people may stand in your way trying to push and shove you, but that is not how it is supposed to be. In order to get to Peace of Mind, you must get to peace of mind.

Everyone’s peace of mind is something different and what we want it to become.  Some may just want to not be influenced and try to be told what to do, yet you should always say to yourself and them, I AM ME and want to accomplish something and NO BODY tells me what I can or can not do.

If I want to be somebody I CAN.  I can be the successful person just the way many other people have been even from the past of men and women who have died like Albert Einstein (on the spectrum), Thomas Jefferson (on the spectrum), or even all those others that have triumphed and proved the whole world wrong.

There are failures in this world and those are just the people that let themselves go and let their minds detach without any goals.

REACH for the stars!

Take a lead

This posting is telling people why I put the current poll question up.  Aspergian rights is very important in this world.  They should have thought about it a lot sooner than now, but hey its never too late.

For all people in this world g-d created this world to help one another not harming anyone of us on this planet. We may get angry, mad, or ridiculous at some points, but this world was meant for all to live on and try achieve our goals.

The majority of people in this world are Neurotypical so the NT way has been structuring this world. That is not right!

Its why many people with disabilities like asperger syndrome get victimized from the very beginning of their life because Neurotypicals rule this world.  We must all strive for our own self worth and praise for ourselves.

Living in this world has gotten worse and worse and there needs to be a change.

As I begin this month…

As I begin this month, my studying for the an important exam draws near.

I am studying for it while hopefully passing it so I become Mr. Jason Ross, not just Jason Ross.

Anyway, I want to earn respect and be independent and responsible, but at the same time it is also very sad and scary to become fully independent and responsible for everything because as someone with Asperger Syndrome and learning disabilities, I am scared to death.

It is very hard and may be I need to make a life for myself, but I am still scared to death to go on my own.

What can happen to me if something bad happens to me? For instance, I see how hard it is for my parents and every one else around me and it really does scare me a lot.

People tell me that if I walk around thinking positive then every thing will be alright.

Another thing is that one of my major sensory issues is touch.  I don’t like touch.   I don’t even like any form of kissing anybody or anything because it is too sensitive for me.

I get overstimulated and oversensitized when people touch me or let alone kiss me especially when my own mother does.

My other sensory issues certain lighting like florescent lighting and such, abrupt noises/sounds and I like my personal space.

Anyway, I don’t even like the way my own voice sounds that is why I don’t even use the over head speakers at work because I don’t like hearing my own voice.

The thing is that no body should want to be on SSI/SSDI and Medicaid.   We are people too, just a different way of looking at the world.  Every body with spectrum disorders or disabilities can achieve what Neurotypicals can achieve also and even greater than neurotypical people.

Civil Rights  also applies to spectrumites, and others with disabilities as well when people insult other people with disabilities.

Isn’t this world about helping others not insulting others?

anyway,  I will study now.

Living or dying

by Jason Ross

Living is a way
that drives you to die,
Dying is the way that
drives you to live,
one day lived a man
he sat on his throne
praying to die
even though he
is living.
When that time
finally came to die,
he wanted to live.

He had finally
fallen forward
lying on the ground
praying to live,
but only to die.
As his eyes close
and the light grows
stronger and stronger,
he marches over to the
parade of cloudy building
upset about his own death.
He picks himself up,
dropping his hand
writes on a piece of
paper that he walks
over to the driving
field where the laying
body of his own, lays
after the fall
and he drops the
piece of paper on top
of his face.
the paper read:
Live not Die!

The paramedics
reach for his body
and trying to help
him get back to life.
As the heart is not pumping,
and the blood is not flowing,
and the brain is inactive,
He is up up and away
trying to reach back for his body.
though, he can’t do it,
eventually he sees his body
in a coffin while others are crying
beside his body.
How he died was emotional
and filled with tears,
for the death of anyone fills
your eyes like a fountain of youth.

The funeral brought the past
together to finally push forward,
yet the death of this man
showed everyone that
you must cherish each
and every moment since
nature’s precious gift could end
in an instant.
Live I say live till kingdom’s
come to get you,
and then that day will
weep you away just like
every body else weeps for you.
Moving on is tough to do,
living is even tougher in
that respects. Yet, falling in love
is the most difficult of them all.
The greatest love of all
comes at the greatest need in life,
where things just happen
and things just discover that
what is real is what is in your heart,
and what is in your heart stays true,
so as I say once more Live not die,
for the reaching of our goals
and the reaching of the stars
only gives us the molten of our heart
when we find the truest love in ourselves.
To this man that couldn’t live
to the fullest, we only need to learn
and change as the clock turns moment
by moment.

How to spot a jerk?!?!

The easiest way to spot a jerk when you see one right before your eyes. It is very hard to spot a jerk yet how do you do it is the question.

Take for example, EG is walking down the street and sees 10 people on the street of New York City, what is the probability that one of them is a big Jerk that EG could meet.

Anyway, I can’t tell, can you.

How do you value your people that you are friends with so that you do not wind up with a jerk?

This is a social relations study that I am trying to perform, How to spot a Jerk when you see one walking down the street and you can’t tell by their looks.

Anyway, I guess you have to talk to that person and figure it out yourself who is a jerk and who is not.

It is very hard, yet I have worked with jerks before who made me look bad, I have talked with them who made me look bad, and even seen the jerks at home when they visit me at home.

Yet how can you tell when that person is a jerk and trying to let you feel like them.

Jerks just like the Jerky brothers movie.

What is a jerk anyhows?

by the dictionary on the dictionary.com:

A jerk is a contemptibly naive, fatuous, foolish, or inconsequential person.

Let’s break this down it is a person who doesn’t really care much about anybody or anything.

Do you know any famous jerks in history whether past or present?

Post any names of famous jerks.

Anyway, this way we can all who read this site spot a jerk from an arm’s length a way much more easily.

I guess it takes practice to do this.

Have a good day,

Forget who you are

Asperger or Neurotypical, Forget who you are for just a moment in time to think about what this world is all about.  The world looks all gloom now.  Find your way in this world to end the doom and gloom because the doom and gloom will eat you away like a tar and feathers all over you.

This world has turned into doom and gloom, but it doesn’t have to be that way for any one of us at all.   We just have to prove to everyone and the eternal one up there that this world is very precious to us and not to be taken for granted.

Yet every single one us including myself takes this world for granted every aspect of the gift of planet Earth.

For example, has anyone of you lived your life to the fullest yet.  My granny claims she has though she has many issues and problems of her own that she cares not to admit to.

Yet, people tell me to give her a break since we don’t know how much longer she has to live.

There are so many things in this world that need to be done such as budgeting your money, for us aspies its to be as neurotypical as possible since most of this world is neurotypical.  Even though we are comfortable with our aspie self, we have no choice but to be as neurotypical as possible.

For NT’s and Aspies to live together, aspies need to adapt since NT’s are the majority, and majority always rules unfortunately.

Aspie ways are seen as quirky and weird, and in order to avoid a segregation of aspergia and neurotypicaland, the eternal one only wants every one to live together in harmony.

No matter what the outcome is, no matter what happens in this world, it will always be neurotypical and adaptations of the world of aspie needs to be done to fit in with the rest of society.

That is why some aspies tend to have meltdowns and can’t handle the world anymore because they do not know how to live without being aspie.

Reach out, reach out aspies and live your lives as a person who reaches for your goals in life so that one day when you are old and grey, you get to know that you are still an aspie who has adaptated as much to to the world as possible to get what you want out of it.

That means cleanliness, hygiene, trying hard to listen, earning a living or continuing to earn a living, budgeting your money, and paying closer attention to social cues and facial expressions no matter how hard it is for you and I.

And for neurotypicals, pay more attention to the aspie community making sure that they adapt to some neurotypical behavior that is beneficial to the aspie because what I observed about neurotypical behavior is that it can be very damaging for an aspie to watch since neurotypicals can tend to misbehave and get in trouble.

anyway, gotta get going,

NeuroDiversity for all!

Aspie, Autism and anything else on the spectrum is NOT an epidemic it is just a way of life and  NT’s need to help us adapt to the world.
